What some considered a tragedy or a curse, the Zelvians found the Stillwall a cause for celebration. Liberated from the old forces that ruled over them, they embraced their new freedom, breaking the chains of normalcy, indulging in lavish parties full of dancing, gambling, drinking and consuming, and not abashed to express their passions.

Even when deep in their cups and freedoms, Zelvia is not a nation to be taken lightly.

Emperor Arcturus of Bruul found their behavior abhorrent, and an easy target for his first conquest. His assumptions were swiftly quashed in the Stillwall Year of 0112, as sudden as the Zelvians were aloof, they snapped back with a wicked force of refurbished Stilltech and deceptive tactics, landing a blow to Arcturus that still leaves an irritation to him, 100 years after his defeat.

The current Duke of Tor’glen and lover of parties, Thuron Dalton, has made a strong alliance with Zelvia, much to Bruul’s distaste.
