Emperor Arcturus at the Capital of Bruul with his Lightsworn army behind him.

When the Stillwall first rose, with it came a tremendous Stillstorm that lasted for years upon years, ravaging the landscape and destroying any organic material unlucky enough to be caught in it.

When the storm finally ended, many villages and houses fell, not having enough resources to weather the storm. Only the largest nations, and luckiest of people came out alive, and strangely enough, Bruul emerged from the storm changed.

Now, with an ruler that exudes prismatic light, Emperor Arcturus claims the Nation of Bruul as his, and with it, came his iron fist and thirst for conquest.

Creating the army of Lightsworn; soldiers and casters imbued with his power of Light Magic, conscripted by choice or by force, now serve and act out his will across the three nations of Bruul, Tor’glen, and Zelvia.

Tor’glen and Zelvias alliance have kept Bruul at a stalemate, forcing neutrality between the nations. While unable to enact an all out war, this does not stop Bruul from having skirmishes, clashes, and fights with the Tor’glenian and Zelvians out in the field.

Kastian Keep, the last surviving structure closest to the Stillwall, has constantly danced hands back and forth between the Nations, as it is the only viable zone to further study the Stillwall and uncover its origins.

A bloody Solus on the battlefield.

Solus, Prince of Bruul and younger brother to Emperor Arcturus, appeared at the same time with the new emergence of Bruul’s change, when the storm ended over 200 years ago.

The Emperor is revered and worshipped by many Bruulians as a God, for his long life and brilliant Light Magic.
